I make magnets from magazines, mostly music magazines. One of my favorites is a David Bowie mugshot (not pictured).
The streaks of purple are my knitting needles over the February issue of MOJO and some Charlotte Brontë novels.

Lavomatik Sessions
I-Muzzik is a French company producing music videos of artists performing in various laundromats around Paris. Dubbed the Lavomatik Sessions, these videos are gems. Below are a few of my favorites. You can just smell the clean linens and fabric softener.
Eli "Paperboy" Reed - "It's Easier"
Ben Kweller - "Things I Like To Do" with a street cover of "Back in the U.S.S.R."
Vincent Vincent & the Villains - "Blue Boy"

Tabloid Mags: Unraveled
Signed up for Ravelry, which officially "outs" me as a knitter. I like to think of myself as Bea Arthur armed with a pair of size 8 purple aluminum needles and a biting wit.
If any of you are Ravelry members, say hello. My next project might just be a Cosby sweater.
